I walked into Lake George Barbershop thinking I’d get a clean mid fade. Eric somehow turned that mid fade into a full-blown disaster — like he was trying to invent a new haircut no one asked for. Poor time and queue management. Employees joking with each other to tell people that call in that it is walk in only and don’t provide estimate wait times. “Just tell them these people all just walked in before you got here”. Waited 45 minutes after just a greeting and watched another waiting customer supposedly jump in front of multiple other waiting customers.
