I purchased a Tesla from these guys and I have to say they literally went above and beyond!!! I couldn’t be happier with the service and above all the honesty with them. They care more about their customers and service then they do about making a sale!! I had a small issue with my vehicle that went unnoticed called them and they told me to come in right away they dealt with it the same day without hesitation. 10/10 I highly recommend!!! You cannot go wrong buying from them.
I first went to them to do my A.C on my car , which they did an amazing job. That same day I call them back with a concern all the loose wheelstud on my vehicle which they asked me to bring the vehicle over to look at. After observation I was told that I would take a couple of days to get the studs and it would be best if I went somewhere else to get it fixed. I was disappointed. Unfriendly, indifferent, rude, service.
Purchased a BMW X1 from Meraki Auto recently and was pleased with the vehicle and the buying experience. Hamzeh was our point of contact and he treated us with respect and honesty. I recommend traveling to Acton to see their inventory and experience a low stress buying experience with full disclosure.
