If I could give it no stars I would. They destroyed my mini cooper after I went in for an oil change they said everything was good and that the oil was changed until my engine started smoking when I was driving it and realized there was no oil in my engine. After that point it was undriveable they didn't even say sorry or anything or do anything to make it right they stood there starstruck checking the oil as if there was oil in there all clueless. I bought a truck here a few months ago, overall a positive experience. Some ups and down to my experience, I called in the day prior asking if I could see the truck when they open the next day. When I arrived no one had passed along my request and we were standing around waiting as they didn't know where on the lot the truck was.
