I recently bought a truck from them. Great price, great customer service, and a great truck. Shortly after I purchased the truck there was a seal that went. Without hesitation they offered to fix it for me at no cost, saving me hundreds at a machanic. They conduct themselves as a respectable dealership, not like some of those shady ones we've all been to.
We booked our appointment in advance and clearly specified which vehicles we were interested in test driving before arriving. When we arrived at the scheduled time, our salesperson was busy and we had to wait about 30 minutes before getting started. We were hoping to do three test drives. While we were eventually able to do all three, we were strongly encouraged to limit it to one. Great place, nice vehicles. Just bought a truck there and I absolutely love it. The roof had a leak they were unaware of and they fixed it for free no questions asked! Would recommend Meraki if you’re looking for new car.
I recently purchased a used Pacifica from Meraki Auto, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were honest and transparent throughout the entire process, and even gave me a great trade-in price for my wife's RAV4. I never felt pressured into anything, and they treated me with respect from the minute I walked in the door. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.
