I highly recommend Merak Law if you are looking for a low stress environment where the concerns of both parties can be heard and addressed. Heather is very knowledgeable with the whole collaborative divorce process and I found her easy to work with and relate to. She is quite diligent and thoughtful in researching and answering questions. On the whole she kept the collaborative process moving forward and didn't allow it to get bogged down on side issues.
