One star is the lowest rating I can give. So far, I am not impressed with Mera medical. I ordered some inner canula for a Tracheostomy in early August. My credit card was charged. I have not received the product. I have not received any responses to inquiries I have sent. It’s a good thing. I found another company to get the inner canula from. I’m going to try again to contact them and see if I can get this resolved, otherwise I’m going to put in a claim against their false charge.
