Didn't inform me of a no-show charge and sent it to collections immediately instead of allowing me to pay it directly.
This doctor didn't even give my mom the proper medical care she needed and She is only worried about money and the mighty dollar. I should've pressed a lawsuit for medical neglect and malpractice. Still something that sits deep in my heart with this neglectful doctor's practice!!!
