My house water heater stopped working. Phoned Chris he asked me to send a photo of the unit so he could bring along the parts which might be required to fix the electric water heater. Chris arrived quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken part without the delay of having to then source the part, all fixed very quickly.
