Quoted my repair which included free glass screen protector. When I noticed no protector 2 weeks later, I was told “You should have checked when you collected the phone”! How is that checked by someone who is not a phone repairer! Seriously! For a $560 cash repair, I’m really disappointed. I have the message sent to me stating screen protector will be included as evidence!
