HAD A MIX UP IN SHOE ORDERS AND THE STAFF HERE AS WELL AS THEIR CORPORATE CUSTOMERS SERVICE STAFF WERE OUTSTANDING IT GETTING IT RESOLVED - BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCE IS A LONG TIME

Perhaps it was because they were not very busy but this was the best service I've ever received at a shoe store anywhere. We were at a Mephisto store in France and did not obtain service nearly as professional as we did here. The sales lady even talked me out of a more expensive shoe because she didn't think it fit as well as the less expensive one

The outsoles lasted less than 6 months. There is no tread left. The guy who sold them to me said I could get them resoled for free when I bought them, which I'm not seeing that option anywhere. The comfort was there, but $120 for few months isn't worth it. Bought them 4 years ago from someone named Robert. Been on my to do list while I was moving around, until today. Very disappointed.

Very small, relaxed, small shoe store, all shoes are handmade, I believe they said. I was in a big hurry. I truly wanted to make a purchase here as my feet hurt so bad from walking around so much I did try a few pairs, and then the other person working came out and she was very short it seemed like she didn't feel like i was going to make a purchase these are expensive shoes which didn't bother me but after her being rude I decided I would find shoes else where.
