Perhaps it was because they were not very busy but this was the best service I've ever received at a shoe store anywhere. We were at a Mephisto store in France and did not obtain service nearly as professional as we did here. The sales lady even talked me out of a more expensive shoe because she didn't think it fit as well as the less expensive one
The outsoles lasted less than 6 months. There is no tread left. The guy who sold them to me said I could get them resoled for free when I bought them, which I'm not seeing that option anywhere. The comfort was there, but $120 for few months isn't worth it. Bought them 4 years ago from someone named Robert. Been on my to do list while I was moving around, until today. Very disappointed.
Very small, relaxed, small shoe store, all shoes are handmade, I believe they said. I was in a big hurry. I truly wanted to make a purchase here as my feet hurt so bad from walking around so much I did try a few pairs, and then the other person working came out and she was very short it seemed like she didn't feel like i was going to make a purchase these are expensive shoes which didn't bother me but after her being rude I decided I would find shoes else where. Wouldn’t allow returns within 2 days of purchase.
Sabrina at this store is amazing. We walked in looking for shoes for my twelve year old was obviously having issues with his hiking boots. Instead of pushing product on us- she lead with a band-aid for his heel and a cushion for the inside of the shoe. Her genuinely caring attitude was rare and exemplary. Mr. Hill - this is the kind of employee that helps cement your brand's image. BTW, we ended up buying stuff from this store. Go here if you need shoes / belts and you will not be disappointed with the caring service.
