This company sucks ! They took three payments from my account which were not authorized .Then when you want your money back, they tranfer you to their manager which is rude and does not know how to talk to people.
Bought this policy and I hate I did. Tried to cancel several times but no one called back as they said they would, so off I go to change bank info. DON'T BUY THIS INSURANCE, unless you have money you just need to throw away. Shame on you for scamming people the way you do!! Taking my 1 star back.
I paid my balance, when it came time to take my truck to shop. No one had heard of them, and they couldn’t recommend me anyone. I would call the number to talk to service department, never an answer or call back. I would call the billing department, I always got an answer. Those customer service people in Spanish are rude, one of them on May 10th didn't even let me explain why I couldn't pay and for screwing with me, they damaged my credit as a human being, it's a bad thing.
