Mike resolved the problems on my 2013 BMW 5-series. Skilled shop for BMW maintenance. Not a cheap repair, but overall Mike was reasonable. He is thorough and will do the job right. Parts took long to come in which delayed expected timing.
Mike is very nice and gives an explanation for work to be done. The only issue is I was quoted a repair for $400 . I took it to a different garage and had a OEM replacement part and labor for $142.00. Just make sure you get an upfront price and decide on a 2nd opinion. Other than that, worked preformed previously okay. A bit pricey though.
