Purchased a sign for a gift and couldn’t be happier. A Meon Neon rep walked me through the process, provided design mock ups, which made the design process easy. Cost was also within reason. Would definitely go to them again.
We ordered two very large logo signs for our business. The customer service was excellent! Very, very easy to talk to. They understood exactly what we wanted, changed the proofs and styles as many times as we wanted and didn’t mind at all. They sent several proofs to make sure it was exactly right. It was a pleasure working with Meon Neon. From the moment I started working with Clarisse the process was smooth and our sign was everything we hoped it would be. Clarisse was great, she was super-friendly and she made sure we were happy with the design of our sign before it went to production. We received it a few days later and absolutely love it!
