I had to follow-up on several occasions trying to understand where my file was heading, and would not get any responses. Not even an acknowledgment. Each time however I would be charged for "filling client correspondence". This lead to a cost increase of close to 30% more form what I was told and when I brought it up the answer was that the office was satisfied with their service. Mr. Menzies worked on my file for a couple of years. He was wonderful and kind. I would recommend him.
I do not recommend Beecher as a lawyer. He did not listen or follow through which what I had requested. He is more about getting you in, making a deal, taking your money, and moving onto the next. He is not an advocate and could careless. I would not recommend this firm. If I would have stayed with him I would have been totally screwed. I have found a kickass lawyer with Dunphy Best Blocksom firm. His name is Logan Kanchur.
