Absolutely worst company to deal with. Are not available to call. Never call back. Hold freight hostage with made up fees. Avoid at all costs.

If I could leave zero star I would. Came to pick up perishable. They had no idea when they would arrive even though flight had landed hours ago. LAUGHED with each other and spoke another language when we asked for estimate of when we could expect them. No answer. I called up the manager to get to know what is going on. She behaved rude and tried to blame others. Completely unprofessional. No understanding of perishable cargo and urgency of travel times . I’ve been here many times. Always a nightmare

LAUGHED with each other and spoke another language when we asked for estimate of when we could expect them or if it would even arrive before closing. Completely unprofessional. No understanding of live cargo and urgency of travel times especially in hot weather. Will never use any airline again that works with this company. I’ve been here 3 times. Always a nightmare.
