We left our 2 kindles in the seat pocket when we off boarded the plane. And they found our kindles and promptly contacted us. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Tips for anyone needs to find them later, they are located on the ground floor (level 1), an office at the end among a lot of airline offices.
Mitchell Douglass works along side air canada, he was a stand up gentleman and he really help me as I was struggling, missed flight and I had a lot of luggage he was very helpful and he went above and beyond! Thank you so much mate!!
