We were recommended by another auto repair firm to Menzies after our car was damaged by the recent hailstorms. Our insurance company had another repairer in mind but the reviews and reputation were terrible. I must say it was very good of our insurance company to allow us to use Menzies instead and I’m very glad they did because the car was done in a week and the job they did was fantastic. Referred by my insurance, the person who met me had a look of the repair needed and let me know that most likely will be a write off, he suggested to take a cheque from the insurance and buy a new one!! obviously this business is not interested having to do actual work other than detailing.
