This centre was so unhelpful it actually worsened my distressed state and left me feeling like I was ‘untreatable’. Completely unprofessional, poor communication, dismissive. I work in the mental health space and cannot imagine ever treating someone in a crisis the way they did. Please go elsewhere.
Been coming here for quite some time now and I have been so incredibly happy with my experience and service received. I have been seeing Grace for a while now and she has been so delightful and has truly helped me and my health conditions regarding anxiety, stress, depression and death anxiety. I feel very safe and comfortable coming here each session and I am very grateful to have found a place that works perfectly for me. I highly recommend!
