Menz was great when it was owned by the family. Now that Plateform runs it,terrible service and very unreliable readings on deliveries. Tank readings don't match the truck meter. I'm looking for alternative distributor.
I took my 5 star review away, not the same company!
Have used Menz for years, now a different company is on the answering machine. They aren’t open on weekends but do list an emergency phone but not sure why it’s an emergency line, they don’t call you back immediately. If you run out of propane on the weekend, just pray it’s not in the winter. Edited: Was contacted later in day and very apologetic. He offered to put monitor to prevent from happening again.
