A store that does not ensure quality, will not stand by their merchandise, blames the manufacturer and customers for defective merchandise. I was told that I should have noticed the defect prior to purchasing and offered an exchange with the same defect - loose threading - and told it was not a defect, it was the manufacturer's fault. Thank you for teaching me to shop at more reputable stores. I chose one star only because there was no choice for zero stars.
