We came in tonight and they were short handed tonight after losing a server. The waiter we had I can tell he was a bit frazzled but he still was very professional and accommodating and we were very understanding of that. My ramen was good my partner ordered a dish and it wasn’t hot and our waiter explained it was due to her not wanting the spicy sauce which was understandable. Even though they were short tonight both gentlemen that was working tonight did a great job accommodating the customers.
Great staff, funny and informative. The Chef was very respectful and greeted me after the meal to ask how everything was, i assured him it was amazing and the top 5, if not top 3, best Tonkotsu Ramen's I'm tried in the nation. I would put 6☆'s if I could. Will most definitely return for another bowl in the near future.
