Fantastic job by ********** ******** and ****** on our local move. Everything went perfectly, and they were professional and extremely helpful. Even finished up a few things after they were "clocked out." Would use them again without hesitating.

Everything was amazing! From the time I called to get a price, booking, follow up call from then the day before the move and the actual move itself. The truck and moving equipment were all clean and they were fully stocked and ready to go. They wrapped and padded everything up and moved it all safely and securely. They knew I was trying to stay within the 3 hour minimum due to limited funds and they hustled and got it done with extra time to spare! ****** and ****** were amazing! This is by far the worst experience we have had with any service company, moving or otherwise. When we were planning our cross-country move, we looked at several moving companies and received bids from each. Mentors was far from the cheapest, but they followed up promptly and provided all the assurances and made all the promises we needed. Once we paid them, the responsiveness ceased and the services were substantially less than promised, much less, expected. Mentors over charged for their service. The leader spent far too much time talking with my wife who suffers from dementia. His crew was young and obviously inexperienced. They wasted time and my money. I am 74 years old and moved many times. This was the worst move ever! We moved just 2 bedrooms, 3 chairs, adult trike and boxes. No appliances, no wardrobe boxes, no other furniture. To move a small load they charged $1,675.00. Outrageous ! My mistake in selection of movers.

Terrible. Ruined so much of my stuff that I had to replace an entire bedroom set that was scratched and broken. Not one of the movers said anything and they had to know what they did. Very unprofessional and inexperienced. And expensive.
