I needed a handful of parts for my newly acquired Kubota tractor. The guys behind the counter were friendly and helpful, and the prices on parts were less than you find from the big vendors on the internet. Would definitely recommend this business!
Don’t bring your lawnmower here to get it serviced! I was quoted like $130 to do the oil change sharpen the blades. I asked them to do a little bit of extra things which should’ve not have taken more than maybe an hour of labor. They ended up charging me $350 in labor and then they tried to charge me $120 delivery and pick up fee… I was the one who dropped it off and picked it up…. I ended up paying over $430….. I own a couple of pieces of kubota equipment, I have one of their bx2360 compact tractors with loader. I'm not sure how I ever did work without this thing. It is a complete game changer for property maintenance! I have an acre of land that has a large lake split between the neighbors and us, and this tractor was a key factor in keeping the edges maintained and reinforcing the sides of the lake. Passionate, kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable. I purchased some SnowDogg plow parts at a great price. Needed them quick, but was kinda far away. I let him know and he kept the shop open a couple extra minutes for me. Overall great experience! I'll be back for sure!
Went to this location with my grandson. two gentlemen behind the desk, talking for 20 minutes.I asked if they were salesman and they pointed to a gentleman on the phone. I stood there for 15 minutes and he didn’t get up to help me. I called another Kubota dealer and he said other people complained about the people at the Mentor location.
