The staff here are always super friendly and helpful. Jonathon is very knowledgeable and is so patient as he educates you about all of their equipment without coming off as pushy or aggressive; it's evident he's proud of the quality they sell. The Mentor store has several types of small and large machinery, so you can sit in and feel the experience of the machines. This is the friendliest, family-like lawn/ heavy equipment dealership I have ever purchased a machine from.
