Three weeks after getting a haircut done by Jacks, I brought my Mom there today for a shampoo. My Mom had a cataract surgery recently and would like to get hair washed in a lean back position during recovery. Jacks first helped my Mom tape the face shield and placed a small towel on her face for additional protection. Then gave her a very thorough wash, checking how she's feeling along the way. My Mom is happy with the service today. I would like to express my appreciation to Jacks for her patience and attention to detail.
This was the worst haircut I’ve ever received. The back was cut completely unevenly. It looks like a literal “toilet lid” bowl cut with a blunt, jagged edge. It is incredibly ugly. The stylist talked far too much and did not seem focused. The front desk staff was rude and had a very poor attitude. I went yesterday on a Tuesday afternoon, and there were absolutely no customers at all. It was only me, the stylist, and the front desk staff. No wonder..... First and last time here. Do not recommend. AVOID!!!
