Dr. Daniel Brock was THE reason I went to this practice. Now, will not continue. The manner in which UH rates and critiques their physicians will continue to drive excellent pcp’s away I am assuming? The rating system is horribly skewed, and is absolutely lousy!
I see a good doctor there. But when I call to make an appointment, I am on hold for more than an hour at a time. Without fail/ University Hospitals has to do better.
Went to the ER in the middle of the night with chest pain and high blood pressure. The ER discharged me and said to follow up with my primary care. Simple right? Nope. I was told by THEIR office, not central scheduling, they are scheduling out "a few weeks". No wonder people use the ER like it's their doctors office. What is the point of having primary care if I have to go to the urgent care or ER. So disheartened right now. Don't bother with this office. Dr. Daniel Brock no longer at UH facility; very sad turn of events.
Dr. Daniel Brock is the best doctor. He's thorough and takes time to listen to you! He's very patient and kind. I'm so happy that I finally found a doctor who cares!
