I see a good doctor there. But when I call to make an appointment, I am on hold for more than an hour at a time. Without fail/ University Hospitals has to do better.
Went to the ER in the middle of the night with chest pain and high blood pressure. The ER discharged me and said to follow up with my primary care. Simple right? Nope. I was told by THEIR office, not central scheduling, they are scheduling out "a few weeks". No wonder people use the ER like it's their doctors office.
