I had a wonderful experience at this clinic today. I was quite nervous going into my appointment, but Dr. Bharathan immediately made me feel comfortable, listened to me without judgment, and made me feel genuinely cared for throughout the entire consult. Despite my dramatic self diagnosis’s, she was able to make light of the situation and share a laugh with me too. What I appreciated most was that I never felt rushed. Friendly staff and knowledgeable doctors who don't keep you waiting.
Shocked at how my daughter was treated by her regular Dr. she had been going to for years. After 2 teleheathy appointments she had to make, both times her Dr did not contact her, she then made an appointment and came in to see her Dr then to be told by the reception her Dr see her again. No explanation given. She was upset and shocked at the outcome. Disgusting for a Dr to do that. On your list of services you Mental Health listed that is a shocking thing to do to someone vulnerable.
