Warranty issues with my Ute never fixed just excuses made. Service department never sends out reminders for the date of service or any ending to confirm service date and time . Stay away from LDV they are not a new car you expect not reliable at all
had dealings with warranty claim takes forever to look at the vehicle and the response is we are busy LDV needs to improve their service
Terrible Experience - No Refund as Promised I had a horrendous experience with LDV. I booked a van and paid $1,000 for the booking, and I was explicitly told this amount would be refunded. I confirmed this twice with their representatives, and both times they assured me that the money would be refunded under certain conditions.
