Mente Management provided the catering service for my daughters outside wedding. Rarely do your guest rave about the food at a wedding! Not this time, the food was the talk of the evening, besides the DJ being awesome the Mente team was incredible. This was an outside wedding, weather was not the best and the Mente team was flexible, responsive to our requests, and most important the food was amazing, from the appetizers to the main course everything was perfect. We had Howard cook for us for the weekend and his professionalism and food were superb! His thoughtfulness for detail, healthy options and presentation of all dishes were unbelievable! If we needed anything he was very open to getting anything! Loved having him cook for us, and would definitely hire him again!
