Figured I'd try this place out, what a mistake. The owner acted like it was an inconvenience cutting my hair and that he had better things to do, then proceeded to turn out a subpar cut. The rest of the staff couldn't be bothered to look up from their cell phones. The inside looks like one of the guys from Jersey Shore opened a Cracker Barrel. Great new place in Pottstown for haircuts. The owner called me to discuss a question I had about pricing and he was as pleasant as can be. I'm super happy with my haircut!
Just had a touch up done in Pottstown (my first haircut here was 2 weeks ago). I was quoted $20 when I walked in the door. Upon checking out, I was billed $26. When I asked the stylist about this sudden price change, he said he forgot and $20 is "what the touch up charge is at the other location." He didn't even apologize.
