To call yourself a Mental Health and Wellbeing clinic is an absolute JOKE. No communication. Cannot call through, cannot leave a message. No response via emails. Leaving patients without scripts. Receptionist has no regard or compassion for clinic patients. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.
My script has expired and I have attempted to contact the practice over the phone and over email multiple times for nearly 2 months to sort out the issue with my pleas for help being ignored. I have had my GP attempt to contact on my behalf without any success. Negligent and unprofessional.
My whole experience going through this clinic has been nothing but amazing. Even the administration team are super friendly and helpful. Dr Baruah the psychiatrist is intelligent, caring, knowledgable and helpful. He wants to genuinely help you with what you are there for. I am very happy I went through this clinic.
The competence of everybody employed at this practice at the moment is ridiculously questionable. The current receptionist is kind enough on the phone, however is yet to show any kind of ability to do her job - you as the patient end up doing her job for her! Examples of this include having to calling my GP who referred me to ensure the referral has been sent after being told it had not been, yet when speaking to my GP it had been MONTHS ago, alongside having to call the practice to ensure they'd received the referral when i... read more
I have had multiple positive experiences at this clinic. The receptionist should be CEO. Everything else including the doctor, their attentiveness and being Singleton based are such a bonus.
