The AM and PM shift are totally great. But the overnight shift therapist…. African American female with braids. She is super rude at intake I overheard her tell another staff member they shouldn’t let me stay since I’ve been there so many times. She’s not entitled. I did use the resources she gave me it’s not my fault they wouldn’t accept me. Won’t be going back because of her. The 12am to 6am female therapist

Very helpful and caring in person staff, Anthony, Rose, and Matthew were especially helpful in working with me to meet my goals. The psychiatrist was over video chat, which was disclosed from the beginning. I had to really advocate for myself with her to communicate my needs which was a little frustrating.

Brought a family member here who needed help and the staff here made him feel comfortable and were so caring. He left feeling much better along with a prescription to help get him started.

The perfect place to escape to for support…Therapist, Mr. Bruno really helped me look at things from a different perspective. Helped me come down from my panic. The other workers were also so calming and supportive of my needs. Wish It was closer to me.

Went in there feeling not the best. Rosa and Lucina did my intake and were so caring and understanding. Anthony was the therapist I talked to and he helped me out of my crisis. Honestly I went in there crying and I left with a smile and feeling 1,000 times better than when I went in. If anyone needs help like I did I would definitely recommend seeing them.
