Got taken here over a manic episode my parents called the cops and they took me here, I didn't see the point, u sit in a room for hours filling out paperwork, maybe talk to someone for 10 minutes, this place was a joke and my life has been horrible since then, don't go here they don't care!!!

If i could give it a zero i would but i cant. The place is very nice but customer care is really bad I came in to get my meds refilled, I came in around 8am ended up leaving around 4pm what a waste of time Some of the employees are sick I mean if you are sick ppl gooooo home don't get other people sick that's just not good

Arrived with my support stuffed dolphin named Enrique, and lack of gluten free/allergen friendly snacks and food were taken from me upon arrival, and no gluten/allergy friendly food was offered. Also, I was not provided a blanket, I was given five towels to use as a blanket to keep warm. That did not work and I would have shivers and body aches due to the cold, and cause pain in my bones. It’s a horrible place, takes hours to take in patients while it being an urgent care. I was waiting for more than 6hrs to get seen and they won’t even provide a bathroom to use. They say to use the restaurant near by but they won’t allow because “customers only” and here in the facility that I am in waiting to be seen the bathroom is for employees only and no bathroom for the patients. Very horrible place do not recommend. 6hrs of waiting just to be spoken to for a couple of minutes.
