The staff at this facility are very caring and nurturing. They are always so busy but they make you feel seen and heard. There's no judgement from them and they really seem to care for their patients. Talk about having the right people for the right job. Shout out to Steve, Jessica, Chris and Rose for their help, guidance and support. These are people whom you can trust.

I have decided to change my review because I was wrong. They actually told me the truth. An ex friend of mine found it. I called her an ex friend because she didn't listen to me, broke my trust and my spirit 💔😭, and really hurt me badly. This place now gets a 5 star review because they were very helpful and kind. They were also very personable and knowledgeable. I'm proud to say that if you're in trouble, go there.

My name is Emily Kluse I'm worried a gang is after me and this place has discriminated against me . I was in this building all night last night and until 9 :00 today waiting on a referral to Lagos. I called Lagos they said they had a bed an never received my referral even by 9 pm . I woke up and walked out of the building and I asked for my stuff they told me I had to wait til next shift I called the police and they made them give me my stuff back

The peer support specialists, Jan and Jeremiah are some of the most supportive, amazing people I have met in mental health! However, I would not recommend Rose as she came across as short at times. I feel it in a mental health setting like this. It would’ve been nicer to see her more empathetic or more open to encourage patients to talk to her more. It seemed like a lot of the patients were able to talk to the other peers but she didn’t seem as warm. The security guards as well as all of the nurses are extremely professional... read more
