UPDATE 2: They just do not get it. Once they have your number, they will not leave you alone. It is now six months after I left their care and I have gotten several more phone calls from them. Some regarding the billing where they forced me to see an out of network provider without warning or other options, and some as "checking up". Absolutely wonderful place to receive mental health treatment. Came in extremely shut down by my anxiety and depression. Eventually left with a drive for life and confidence in myself I didn’t think I would be able to get. Everyone is very attentive to your needs, just need to be able to express those. Couldn’t recommend them more.

UPDATE: I just got a call from Freedom Health telling me I owe $500 for two days treatment. When I checked on my insurance company's portal it shows Freedom Health was billed as in network, but all the providers they used are out of network. Additionally, the outstanding balance was $425, not $500. They told me they don't balance bill, but that's exactly what this is, not even counting the mysterious $75 they can't account for. Sent an email because all their forms require you to consent to being contacted by phone, text, and email. I explained I only wanted contact through email. I got one email response saying I could call in. I reiterated my preferences, no response. I re-sent the email. Still no response over a month later.
