I have completed 4 months of IOP classes that I sign up for myself and it really helped me get through my fears, anxiety, and stress. When I initially joined the intensive outpatient program at Freedom Health, I have to admit I was very skeptical about group therapy. I was wary, guarded, and doubtful it would be effective for me. Reflecting on my journey now, the progress I’ve achieved seems almost unbelievable, and this change clearly reflects both the quality of the program and the exceptional staff at Freedom Health. My experience at Freedom for mental health treatment was excellent. The care I received was of high quality, and I was treated with complete respect and dignity. They did everything to accommodate my needs, and I’m incredibly grateful.
Was inquiring for a postpartum therapist only and I didn’t realize this was a full blown php/iop. When I inquired I got a bunch of texts and calls from the same number from freedom health. When I called the gentleman back I told him I needed a postpartum therapist only and he told me to book an intake not taking into account my needs. I texted him back afterwards knowing this place doesn’t specialize in postpartum and that my insurance isn’t accepted and instead of respecting my wishes I am still getting calls and texts.
