Mel, as psychologist, was comprehensive and thorough in her reports and has keen observation skills. She is highly intelligent and she talks a lot, so I learned so much from her even in just a few sessions. My GP was even impressed of how detailed her report was. I would've continued seeing her, if not because of the receptionist, who was quite dismissive, sarcastic, somewhat condescending and not accommodating -- which is not helpful at all for clients who are already suffering mentally. Having been to many psychologists over the years, Mel is the only one I recommend. Seriously, don’t bother going to anyone else. She’s an 11/10 therapist who was instrumental in my recovery and remission, I attribute my now wonderful quality of life to her and the mental health spot team. Eternally grateful and I don’t think I ever properly expressed it, thank you so so much.
