Dr Marissa Crowdis became the on call person when my counselor left their practice. Without knowing me and NEVER meeting me, she changed my medications. I don't even know how that's legal! I’ve had a very frustrating experience with the mental health department here. My concerns about an ineffective medication were ignored for weeks, despite repeated calls and visits. Getting my prescription corrected and refilled was a drawn-out, stressful process that left me without needed medication for days. I was also required to attend extra visits and tests that felt unnecessary and added cost and inconvenience. Had a great psychiatrist here that just up and left. They then didn't notify me my provider had left and also didn't move my medicine case to the remaining provider. I called a few times to change my medication through their on call provider after and they made it clear they would not help. Without Amanda there I think this clinic sucks.
