This place is absolutely terrible. I would not recommend bringing your loved one here under any circumstances. It felt like no one wanted to do their job, and instead, they just passed people around between locations — Durant, Ada, and Ardmore. Every experience we had with these locations was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I brought a 16-year-old girl for a mental health crisis after active self-harm and escalating behavior that required police involvement at our home. Law enforcement responded, and during that interaction a marijuana vape was found on her. She had also been engaging in self-harm, specifically punching herself in the face, leaving visible bruising and a black eye. I was denied a request for an HRT support letter due to supervisors claiming the need for a medical license. When I asked again with documentation showing that a medical license was not required for the support letter. And that my therapist could legally write said support letter. I got the same response back... I do not enjoy being lied too.
