They are an uncareing unreal businness, more like gennesse county mental destory your health. I was depressed and because i self harmed they took away my therpest. Why would you take away a persons therpest in a time of crisis, they should be provide more help not abandoning me tottaly and leaving me with zero supports. They also caused me to go through ssri withdrawal through abandonment of care.

my current counselor is amazing but it took several counselors to get one that stuck. the staff don't want to work here and leave as soon as they can. the psychiatrists leave in the middle of adjusting medications and leave you scrambling because they have no one else besides the two main doctors that are awful. go literally anywhere else. i'm suicidal again due to this medication and doctor stress when i was fine before.
I like my therapist. But the psychiatrist isn't the best. She only prescribes depression medication Even If you're diagnosed with other issues that you're still having problems with. And I know I'm not the only one having issues with this because everyone else who goes to this office has the same issue. She's been the problem there for years doing that when they've done nothing. Also when calling I was on hold for a while so my phone was muted and before I could even turn on my mic to talk they hung up.
I'VE HAD NOTHING EXCEPT POSITIVE AND UPWARD GROWTH WITHING THE GENESEE COUNTY MENTAL HEALTH ORGANIZATION. I'VE ALWAYS BEEN TREATED WITH KINDNESS AND RESPECT. I UNDERSTAND HOW IT'S INTIMIDATING BUT I SAY EARNESTLY. "THROUGH MEDICINE AND PRAYER WE WILL GET THERE." WE ARE ALL PRACTICING MEDICINE. AND GOD IS OUR ULTIMATE PHYSICIAN.
