EDIT. Now I know what has transpired in your facility, YES I WILL BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT with the Mental Health and Wellbeing Commission. Your staff seem to confuse advocacy with indulgence. My partner was at your facility for a REASON, so much so that the CATT team stayed 3 hours past their shift ending to get her to you to get the help she needs.
