They didn’t listen to a word I said during the tribunal to prove me not having psychotic symptoms and solely listened to my case manager and her bs evidences. As a result, I had to continue suffering from the side effects of the depot injections.
Please please please if you have a family member suffering with mental health issues, keep them as far away from the mental health industry and this farce of a tribunal as possible. They always favour the medical industry over vulnerable humans and their 'rights'. As far as these people's rulings go, vulnerable people have no rights at all. Terrible experience, agreeing with the doctors to have ECT Against my will. Keeping me in hospital for another 6 months. Each time I go to the Tribunal they keep extending The time I stay in hospital. Uncaring not have the best, not having this outcome for patients. Out of date practices

This tribuneral is pabulum for middling minds , they have refused to look into alternative models despite the guidelines on the tribunerals role in so called "care" . Id like to see some real jungian analysts involved , they turn a blind eye to doctors such as Dr peter breggins MD , Dr Jonanna Moncrieff, Dr lionell corbett , Stanislav Groff phd , John weir perry combined research. Neurological /drug centred models are outdated and draconian 1960s psudoscience.
