When I could actually meet with a counselor, it was great. But their crap shoot making appointment policy is frustrating and infuriating and why I'm done with them. And, after I've spent several sessions getting to know a counselor, I was rudely told I could see someone else, which is true, but that person doesn't know me. The lack of any routine and continuity involving these sessions has been disappointing. The chaos of this arrangement is too much. I had a great counselor though.
this place is nothing but liers that pretend to help people they don't even know how to help and they really need to go back to school because they don't know nothing
