When I could actually meet with a counselor, it was great. But their crap shoot making appointment policy is frustrating and infuriating and why I'm done with them. And, after I've spent several sessions getting to know a counselor, I was rudely told I could see someone else, which is true, but that person doesn't know me. The lack of any routine and continuity involving these sessions has been disappointing. The chaos of this arrangement is too much. I had a great counselor though.
