I really didn’t want to leave a review because the staff who worked here was actually very kind to me, however the conditions on the detox units side were abhorrent. I showed up for intake some time around midnight. I was shown to a cot in the women’s dorm that had been “made up for me”. Someone had either thrown a top sheet and a blanket (no fitted) in a pile on the bed or (more likely) someone had just vacated the bed and no one checked to make sure the sheets were clean. I was in no position to request any sort of special... read more

The compassion, care, and support I received from the staff at this clinic (particularly from Christine Cork) was exceptional. It is clear that everyone working there is invested in the comfort and well-being of anyone who walks through their door. I arrived feeling beaten and broken and left with renewed hope. Thank you, each of you, for the work you do!

Staff is fairly friendly at first glance but I was feeling unsafe and they completely disregarded it, sending me on my way without any real help or resources. Just a safety plan with zero to back it up.. I want to believe otherwise but It seems like people here don’t care and are only working for the paycheck.

Horrible service. They rushed my wife out of the crisis center. Obvious sign of bi polar. Her primary(non psychiatrist) subcribed meds years ago for anxiety and depression years ago and they said she is doing everything and on the right meds but 2 days later we are again in a crisis situation and they were of no help and idk what to do or how to get her help since they were of no help before. They made her think that i was pressuring her to go there when i just want to help my wife cause im not a psychiatrist. Pathetic crisi... read more

We had a terrible experience with this place. I brought my family member in during a crisis and they did nothing to help. Despite the fact there were no other clients in the building we were left waiting for an hour in the waiting room, then in a room for another 30 minutes. We never received any actual help so we left. I would never recommend this place if you need actual help.
