I do hope our experience was an outlier. Today I brought a loved one in for help after a crisis, and I explained that my loved one had taken drugs, voiced suicidal thoughts, and needed help. Chris (I think that was his name?) told us that they had "a ton of people in line and not enough staff," and asked if we were looking for inpatient or outpatient care. I told him that I am a therapist myself and I didn't know what level of care my loved one needed, so we were hoping to speak with a provider to find that out. Chris said, ... read more

Honestly, the place may seem a bit scary at first glance - but the people who work here are PHENOMENAL and just want to help you. I came in terrified but the staff is there to help you if you truly want it. Maddie, Sara, Jordon (I believe her name is), Chris, pretty much all are so caring and empathetic and are really good at talking to you about your issues and making you feel safe. I was in no position to request any sort of special... read more

The compassion, care, and support I received from the staff at this clinic (particularly from Christine Cork) was exceptional. It is clear that everyone working there is invested in the comfort and well-being of anyone who walks through their door. I arrived feeling beaten and broken and left with renewed hope. Thank you, each of you, for the work you do!
