I’ve had a great experience with Mental Health in Mind in Wallan. The communication with the practice manager has been excellent, and I always feel supported. My psychologist has been very understanding and helpful in working through my challenges. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for mental health support.
Initally contacted over 2 weeks ago was told 10 days ago I would be recieving a call (and was given an apology due to staffing issues), still have not heard anything. Luckily I am able to support myself through this period but the lack of communication could be terribly detrimental to someone needing some support. Bec is the most kind and caring person. She has so much knowledge and is someone I can really relate to. I feel so comfortable talking to her and I have had a really positive experience. I would highly recommend.
In response to your response... My apologise this review was posted some time ago, I'm not too sure why it has just appeared now. At the time of writing the review you were reported to the NDIS Quality and Safeguard Commission. My review was not inaccurate and you are correct I did refuse to pay invoice for services that your office booked and then cancelled.
