Wish I had read the reviews first. Communication is terrible. If you are lucky to speak to their receptionist Katie, she doesn't give correct information. I specifically was concerned about having a provisional psychologist for the child in my care because of funding issues and she assured me it would be covered. Guess what, after the first visit and no way to claim the quoted rebate, it seems my concerns were correct. A couple of years ago, when wait-lists EVERYWHERE were 1–2 years long (!) for an assessment and it was difficult to even speak with an actual person, Mental Health in Mind stood out immediately. Just can’t access help
I've been seeing a psychologist at Mental Health in Mind for a while now and I've always felt supported here. My psychologist has been great. It can be hard to find good mental health support so it's great to have them in our area.
