I don't advice dealing with this organisation, so unprofessional and rude, particularly Karen McKernan.
I was referred to this organisation several years ago. Over that time l have been in contact with seven different people. I has found everyone to be compassionate, empathic and helpful. I have the wonderful support, patience and understanding of these professionals to thank for my successful NDIS application. Their advocacy has been gratefully received. I recommend their services.
This organisation is riddled with bureaucratic road blocks for consumers...it appears post introduction to NDIS has seen this organisation lose sight of the compassion it should have for it's clients.
