I wouldn't recommend this place at all!! Called to make a appointment they didn't care about anything except what kind of insurance I had. All they care about is the dollar bills! No thank you!
Jordan Keller is a therapist here who threatens to cause physical harm to clients. That is why I stopped going here. They let therapists abuse clients
Worst office ever they will let your kid suffer without his medication and it's just heartbreaking to think about badly this can affect your kid by just going off your medication when they could call in the medication. They called in two of them, but they won’t call in one other one the most important one that he absolutely needs but no, they don’t call it in so now he has to suffer. I went here when I was a former adolescent and have returned here occasionally when times were rough. The psychiatrist that I was seeing shunned me for my mental problems, and did not use a preferred name even in front of accepting family. This is a different situation than filling out paperwork or files. A care manager that I was seeing recommended me to an academy, and when I came back he had left the company. You never see the same counselor/doctor/person twice. I must have had four different case workers, I believe it was? At least four. No less, that’s for certain. If you miss an appointment they will cancel the refills you have left. We’re not talking about narcotics here but, your SSRI medication. I have been on Lexapro since 2004. So, 21 years and not only did they cancel my refills for missing an appointment but they also denied me refills when I ran out before a scheduled appointment.
