When you need to make an appointment it's impossible to get them to answer the phone
I changed my original review as I have noticed some major improvements over time. Now everyone is friendly and personable, the front desk lady seems like she's much happier now (good for her!) than she was before. The care from the team has been fantastic and I love the nurse and Adam! I really do love this place and thank ya'll for the great experience and care, I feel very fortunate to be able to go here and receive such great care AND everyone being so nice, compassionate, and helpful.

You’ll never find such a compassionate and impactful group of people. From the sweet front desk ladies that greet you, to the care managers that meet with you, there is not a bit of harshness or judgement behind those doors. MHC cares for people from all ages and backgrounds without discrimination. We’re very lucky to have such a great mental health resource in Cleveland
