Unprofessional, not able to take/have time or ability to analysis, dx, treat, follow-up. It is in opposition to our NS premium's promise of improved healthcare, for those unfortunate enough to suffer with mental illness. I can only speak for the Sydney, Cape Breton area. Thank you.
