The female receptionist or operator who takes calls is unbelievably cold, no compassion, argumentative, and rude. You should not be working in an environment such as mental health you could be the one that takes a life with how disgusting your behaviour is. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Very disappointed with this place . called them only to get a reply for a patient in terrible need of their help an hour and 25 minutes later and after both speaking with a human and also leaving a detailed message with a patients information . The person who took my call and I actually spoke to lacks and is unable in understanding simple English and just mumbles on the phone. Please do your job and help the people in this city in need .
