Want to speak to mental health? Good luck. There are ZERO options to select to get you transferred, and if you press on “contact specialist” they provide all specialties aside from mental health. They have an “other” option, which makes you wait for 30+ minutes, just to get someone to finally transfer you to mental health, to then make you sit another 30 minutes waiting, just to have someone in a bad mood not address questions or issues. I know the VA is essentially socialized healthcare, but wow… this is pretty crazy.
