I called in at 8:30am. Automated system told me your second In line. Can't receive incoming calls and have been waiting on hold for OVER a half hour?! This is NOT a COUNSELLING session line! Otherwise LEARN how to answer your damn phone when someone's stuck WAITING on HOLD and CANNOT RECEIVE CALLS! 🤬 Edit: 🤦♀️ When you have someone filling in and it's not their usual job. Feel for the woman now. 😮💨

Most unprofessional mental health clinic I've experienced. Late and missing appointments. Doesn't return calls after leaving messages. Not qualified to be working as therapists.
