Just read all of the one star reviews & think twice before becoming a patient of this establishment. They accept very limited insurance so you know what that means…..Money grab/Self pay! & in that case there are much more better places of care to spend your hard earned money.
The initial assessment was thorough and Dr. Shasteen was very nice. However, I was informed after the assessment that I would only have 12 counseling sessions. If I had known this, I would not have begun the process. 12 sessions isn't much.
I supposed to have an intake appointment today and they got a bunch of forms they want you to fill out and they take down your payment information before you're even seen and one of the forms you're signing is that your authorizing them to share your personal private health information without your knowledge to anyone be careful who you do business with
My experience with their practitioners was actually extremely positive. That being said they’re idiotic and incompetent management team completely ruined the experience. I prepaid for 12 sessions upfront and got quite a bit better deal per session for paying cash upfront. Now a year later they’re telling me I owe $200 because my insurance didn’t cover as much as they said that they would. I never gave them an insurance card, this was never supposed to go through insurance, and now they’re trying to slap me with a $200 overag... read more
