I suggest that they hire someone to answer the phone calls. It is neglectful to be in a position of being locked up illegally and waiting for a call back within two or more days. I believe they also would benefit from having trained MH staff who were willing to check if ADA laws violated and state Title 40.1-5-6 is being violated. I believe they also would benefit from having staff who were willing to check if Title 40.1-5-6 is being violated and people placed in lockup and the emergency certification form filed by aggrieved police or incompetent health care workers without assessments and without their human rights being respected.
