I had a complete mental meltdown today. And they were so calm and great and really kind to me. They were really able to point me into a lane, where I'll be okay in the future. I wanted to just say my thanks for that, I've never had someone calm me down so quickly. And that I would feel comfortable in coming back, after embarrassing myself. Amazing case managers that do their best to support Tasmanian's suffering with mental illness. I have needed to work with several case managers while supporting participants and they've always provided as much expertise as they can within their busy case load.
The staff are very kind and the Doctors are very helpful with mental health issues.
