I am so very impressed by some of the trained and experienced workers here. This field is very complicated. The clients, themselves, may not know how to state what is going on with themselves. I am an advocate for a client and am very thankful for their help. I do wish they had a lighter workload.

They don't do intake appointments and I need proper counseling not drop in. Previously referred me to Courtenay, where they cannot send me to someone who can diagnose my disability. Thanks for wasting 4 months that could have been used for a reference from my doctor. Now I have to wait even longer. Thanks for screwing my mental health more.

They lost intake email and made me wait an extra month just to be strung along. It has now been 4 months and they have put me on a cancellation list. 3 cancellations have happened. 2 I was given the wrong date and the other one I got a phone call then 5 mins later another call claiming they had gone home sick. This place is absolutely useless and dont care about helping anyone

i wanted to first off by saying that this place is amazing the staff are amazing , since going to this location they have helped me in so many ways i mean IN ALOT of ways , i wont get into my back story but the 2 amazing woman i see saved my life if it wasn't for them i honestly wouldn't be here

Services keep getting cut more and more. Good jumping off point for some but really recommend moving on to better services for longer term care. If you're not actively in crisis or addiction, you'll probably be waiting months before you receive any support here. If you are in crisis, they'll send you to the hospital crisis team anyway.
