I arrived on time for an 8 PM appointment here. The door code provided didn't work; After two phone calls and several minutes of waiting the barber let me in. He asked if I had seen his text that he was running 30 minutes late with another client; I did not receive any text. He suggested I go wait at Trader Joe's. After 40 minutes I gave up and went home. The whole interaction felt unprofessional.
Frank is awesome. He is very attentive, takes his time to ensure you get exactly what you wanted. Highly recommended.
The haircut was really good, but the place was a little hard to find and the pricing felt pretty expensive. I have had better haircuts at a cheaper price.
